1. General Information
Casa Itzcali (“we,” “our,” “us”) offers handcrafted home decor and lifestyle products through our website. By using our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms listed with individual products or promotions.
2. Product Information
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, due to the handmade nature of many items and the use of natural materials, slight variations in color, size, and texture may occur. These are not considered defects, but part of the product’s unique character.
3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment methods include any major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Venmo.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days, excluding holidays. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship only within the United States via USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, and Ground Advantage.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels when applicable.
Most deliveries should arrive as follows:
- Priority Mail – within 2-3 business days after fulfillment
- Priority Mail Express – within 1-3 days after fulfillment
- Ground Advantage – within 2-5 days after fulfillment
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Casa Itzcali is not responsible for delays caused by couriers.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Casa Itzcali is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. In the event of a delivery issue, the recipient is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We do not handle claim submissions.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is denied, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
5. Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you.
